THE story Behind

Gun Blom is a Swedish artist with her roots in Norrbotten (North of Sweden). Nowadays she spends most of her time as an artist in southern Spain and is inspired by colors, nature and culture.

The artistic vein has been around since childhood and about 10 years ago Gun participated in a number of courses in arts and has since developed her skills in both oil and acrylic art.

In Gun's portfolio, we see evidence of skilled qualities in both abstract and performing arts.

"I continuously move forward as an artist and develop new pieces of art with different styles and techniques. It is what gives me joy and inspiration for the moment (it can be a song, experience, new brush, travel memory, or feeling) form the basis of my work, in this way each artwork becomes unique and created with great intuition. But something I always carry with me is my northern heritage and the memories from there and that is reflected in some of my paintings.

I also give painting courses and fun events where we paint together with my supervision. . I want my art and to create art to bring others joy.
